We had to save the very best for last! We don’t know where to start with Don & Cyndi! From our initial call with Don, we immediately had a feeling that he was our guy! We knew that coming to OH from out of state was going to be a challenge and a huge adjustment for us, and we were a bit worried that it would be difficult to find our forever home…from a distance. But just on our initial visit, Don had a very well-planned agenda for us to tour several properties. While we were there, he took us to see every home we had identified. He also showed us a couple of “gems”. But our time was short and we had to get back home. While awaiting to catch our flight, an alert came through and we were now looking at a home that was ideal. So instead of canceling our trip back home, Don scheduled a tour by himself and took detailed, extensive videos of the property and took the time to upload videos for us via YouTube. After reviewing & studying all of the videos, it actually became the house that we chose to purchase! Don is a realtor to whom we would send EVERYONE. His kindness and professionalism were hands down…the best that we’ve received in a long time! Even though we’re not originally from there, we have a general idea of the city and its surroundings all due to Don! We would highly recommend calling them first! When there was a problem with the furnace and the home warranty people wanted to put off fixing it for a month (it was already early December), Don was able to make a call and the home warranty company figured out a way to fix his furnace so he now has heat.
