Don and Cyndi were great to work with. We came from California to Ohio to escape the fires, and we wanted to live in Yellow Springs, a little village southeast of Dayton. The market was crazy, with little or no inventory for months at a time. Don was so kind, showing us house after house that we asked to see, knowing that they probably wouldn't meet our needs. His patience and good humor kept us motivated and in the game, and at last, our dream home materialized and we jumped on it with both feet. We couldn't be more pleased!
