My first time moving to Dayton, the military gave me an assignment to Wright-Patterson. I did not have much information about the area and I hit the jackpot working with Don. He went out of his way to take very detailed video tours of each house I liked, plus he was always available for a phone call and answered all my questions whenever I had them. This was my first time buying a house using video tours and Don made it a very easy and painless process. 10/10 on recommendations!

My son spent well over a year searching for a house that met his criteria and Don showed him numerous homes in that time. With the crazy market, my son was outbid over and over, but Don was always patient, friendly, and positive. They finally were successful this summer, buying a house that was perfect for my son's needs. It didn't stop there. When there was a problem with the furnace and the home warranty people wanted to put off fixing it for a month (it was already early December), Don was able to make a call and the home warranty company figured out a way to fix his furnace so he now has heat. Working with Don was a wonderful experience, even after the sale, and I won't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Cyndi was amazing to work with. At the peak of the housing market this past year we really didn't know if we would be able to get a house at the budget we wanted and in the neighborhood we wanted. Once under contract, we had a couple of house repairs that needed to be fixed quickly to close on time. Don is a consummate professional who made the home-buying process extremely easy. My wife and I were under the pressure of a cross-country move and a 3rd-trimester twin pregnancy.
