5 STAR REALTOR!!! We worked with Cyndi to buy a home in the Dayton area while living out-of-state (military), and she made the entire home buying process a breeze!! She was very informative/communicative throughout the process and just an overall wonderful person to boot! I am happy to report that we just closed on a home while out-of-state and couldn't recommend Cyndi enough! Thank you!!

Cyndi was my realtor when I was looking for a house and she was so wonderful that when my sister was looking for a house, I didn't hesitate in telling her to talk to Cyndi for help in buying her house. She took many videos ( if ok to do so) for her to see when she wasn't in town to actually view the inside and outside of each house. Cyndi walked her through every step of the way and went beyond the job of a realtor to answer her MANY phone calls. She showed her homes that were in her price range and answered every question ( there were many) that she asked her. She was very patient with her and always had a smile ( even though my sister drove her and I nuts). There is no one I would respect or trust to be my realtor than Cyndi. She made my sister's move very easy and especially at closing. She has gone "above and beyond" her capacity as a realtor. I thank her very much for her help and wouldn't hesitate in giving anyone looking for a house her number.

My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, and Don took excellent care of us throughout the process! He catered to the exact specifications we were looking for and gave us a fantastic tour of the neighborhoods around Dayton. He has a strong knowledge base and is willing to go above and beyond to care for his clients. He was willing to work around our busy schedules and was readily available for any questions that arose during the offer, inspection, and closing processes. He kept us on task with hitting deadlines and allowed us to close on a beautiful house in record time! My husband and I are both in the Air Force, and if the time comes to move out of the area, we will be giving Don a call in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Don Shurts for any of your realtor needs!

Don was amazing for my wife and I. He made us comfortable with any questions we had as first time homebuyers. He ensured that we were meeting the needs and wants in a house. Don is super knowledgeable of the market and the area. I’d recommend him to anyone

Don & Cyndi Shurts are the best at what they do - I cannot emphasize this enough. Don found us a beautiful custom-built home and helped make it ours at the right price (despite this hot sellers market). Then he made selling our house a breeze generating 25 offers in just 48 hours, and getting us $40k over asking price! He is a master of negotiation and a cool collected head to guide even the most anxious client. Don and Cyndi both are personable, professional, conscientious and fair. Unlike other agents we’ve worked with, Don is always generous with his time to address our needs and concerns. The Shurts go above and beyond in their marketing strategies, including hiring the absolute best staging consultant and photographer. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend the Don & Cynthia Shurts team to everyone!

We are out of state sellers and Don and Cyndi were knowledgeable and organized helping us keep on top of all deadlines and requirements. They helped us get an offer and sell our home quickly!! Highly recommend!

Very professional! Managed smooth and easy sale of our property in Beavercreek, OH. Highly recommended

Working with Don was a pleasure, he did an amazing job explaining all the steps and papers as well as being easy to get in contact with whenever I had questions. He made sure to help me find a home that fit what I wanted. Highly recommended!

The entire process of listing my condo, staging, and the sale went very smoothly. Cyndi was very organized and easy to communicate with which contributed to the success of my sale. I would absolutely recommend Cyndi to anyone interested in buying or selling.

Truly outstanding professional and personalized service throughout our listing and sale process. In a very tough market they made the sale.

Don and Cyndi are fantastic. They were very knowledgeable of the business and have great connections in the area. They were sensitive to our needs and wishes and never tried to push us towards a property we wouldn't be interested in.

I recently moved from out of state and Cydni was instrumental in making sure all of my questions were answered and everything went smoothly. She was always available and negotiated a fantastic deal. Her recommendations for lendors, etc. were on point and everyone I worked with was super professional. 100% recommend.
