We found Don online when looking for someone to help us sell our house. Our house wasn't an easy sell due to it being built in the 1800's and it really riding the FHA line but Don made it happen. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in finding solutions to seemingly impossible problems. He found a buyer within days of posting and they were FHA, which I knew would be a nightmare, but our house is now sold despite all the obstacles FHA put in the way of us and the buyers and I thank Don for that.

Cyndi was my realtor when I was looking for a house and she was so wonderful that when my sister was looking for a house, I didn't hesitate in telling her to talk to Cyndi for help in buying her house. She took many videos ( if ok to do so) for her to see when she wasn't in town to actually view the inside and outside of each house. Cyndi walked her through every step of the way and went beyond the job of a realtor to answer her MANY phone calls. She showed her homes that were in her price range and answered every question ( there were many) that she asked her. She was very patient with her and always had a smile ( even though my sister drove her and I nuts). There is no one I would respect or trust to be my realtor than Cyndi.
