I would highly recommend Colin to anyone buying/selling our home.He was extremely knowledgeable and was in constant communication with us. He was out of the country for a wedding, and still fielded our calls and texts, and gave us updates on both the selling and buying front throughout.He helped us with all the negotiating and made closing a breeze. We were able to get over asking on our house, and he helped get us a great deal on our new house. Another great thing about Colin, is he's from Fairhope, and knows the area very well. Would use him again for any future real estate needs.
