No one is as responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable as Shelby is. She is solutions-oriented. Before I could even verbalize concerns, she had lined up the top solutions. Her confidence never wavered. At the same time, Shelby wasn’t overly confident to where she wouldn’t double check her own work and research when needed. As first time homebuyers, we needed someone who would meet us where we’re at while shooting us straight. Shelby went above and beyond. From educating us in a way that made sense to my husband and in a completely different way that made more sense to me, to going out and taking measurements when we were unable to. Her level of care is unmatched. Whether you are renting or buying, you would be making a massive mistake to not use her! Whatever it is you are interested in, Shelby will find a way to work with you. She has become family to us in this process and we are forever grateful!

We had the best experience with Cameron as compared to any other realtor agent until now. His level of diligence has no comparison. If needed he personally gets the work done and does not depend on anyone else. He understands the shortcomings of the seller and works around it. Excellent communication skills. Explains everything in utmost detail so that there is no chance of any confusion. Outstanding market knowledge and knows exactly what people needs to be able to sell the home. His negotiation skills are very impressive as well. He keeps a very good relationship with the buyers agent and therefore together they make sure that both the seller and the buyer are satisfied. Not only is he very knowledgeable in terms of the market, but he is a hands-on person, able to guide the seller what changes needs to be made in the home along with necessary repairs. Very professional, but at the same time developed an excellent rapport. I would suggest anyone who needs a realtor agent to get him as their advisor without a second thought. My confidence in him is so much that I can assure that whoever chooses him can never be wrong.

We connected with Erle through my parents, as he had been helping them with their recent home-buying process.
