He steered us through deciding on pricing and timing, as well as what was worth updating and what was not. Everything else was a breeze. He kept us informed through the whole process - communicating with other realtors, promoting our house on social media, and negotiating with the buyer once we accepted an offer. Does your realtor mow your lawn? Ours did! When I say Matt took care of everything, I truly meant *everything*. He kept our yard looking spiffy after we moved out so the house would give the best first impression to potential buyers.
