After just briefly talking to him, he really understood what we wanted and started showing us listings that met those criteria. Throughout the home search, Ben gave us a lot of information about how the home buying process works. He is very knowledgeable about the market in the Huntsville area, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. Once we decided to make an offer, he walked us through every step of the process and always responded promptly. There were a few problems with the house, but Ben did a terrific job communicating with the seller's agent so that the home buying process was not as stressful as it might have been.
