John is a fantastic realtor! We found John in 2016 while looking to purchase our first home. He worked as our buyer broker and helped us find the perfect home for our growing family in the heart of Madison. John knew the area well and was able to show us a wide variety of homes that would work for us. He negotiated our offer and was able to save us thousands! 4 years later we made the decision to move to Europe. John gave us great advice on prepping our home for listing and his wife took amazing photos. He came prepared to our initial discussion with numerous comps for our area and advised us to list at a higher value than we initially planned.
