He worked as our buyer broker and helped us find the perfect home for our growing family in the heart of Madison. John was very helpful throughout this lengthy residential deal (almost 4 months). He rescued this deal from falling apart due a lender took too long to close and helped extending the closing date multiple times. He help negotiated with the seller on various road blocks during the process. He also helped saved thousands of dollars on 1. negotiated to have seller credit 2. collected security deposits on 2 units which the seller forgot to collect.
