I just recently bought a house in the Huntsville area with Ms. Lucas serving as my agent. She was extremely aggressive (per my request) in hunting down every house I could want to see and rock solid with the numbers (real home values compared to asking). I wouldn't hesitate to have her as my agent in the future, though I suspect I won't be needing her services again any time soon, and would definitely recommend her.

Once again John Brooks did an awesome job getting one or our rental properties sold quickly! The house had an offer the first day and was under contract by mid week. We live out of state and John handled everything from lining up repair work prior to listing it - as well as getting the inspection items taken care of. He even handled the closing for us with a POA!. n nJohn listed another property for us last year & it was under contract in about a week and closed within 30 days. n nNot only is John skilled at marketing, listing, and pricing the property correctly, he is so easy to work with.
