Over the course of 3-4 weeks, John guided my partners and I through vetting and negotiating a smooth closing to a transaction that will pay dividends for years to come. As an investor, I was wowed by how John demonstrated, on a daily basis, his knowledge of the local market, experience in negotiations and attentiveness to the details about which investors are most concerned. Not only was John surprisingly familiar with the neighborhood and product type - a concentration of historic duplexes experiencing some gentrification and conversion - but he didn't hesitate to dig into the granular, day-to-day operations and management of the properties.
