Working with Ben Nemec was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. He gave us great tips for preparing our house and action plans based of specific timing that we would implement to ensure our house moved through the market quickly. By following his process we were able to land an offer within a week of putting our house up for sale. The visits began the within the first 24 hours of posting and were extremely consistent. Ben was always available to answer any of our questions and he made sure to follow up on any concerns or questions we may have had.
