John is knowledgeable, responsive and is well connected. Within our short time working together, he's helped me purchase a few properties as well as place a tenant (an excellent one too) in the one he's managing before I closed. He takes the time to understand your situation and your criteria, is not afraid to set realistic expectations for you and move on a property when you're ready. He's an investor friendly realtor, but I have no doubt that he will help you find the home of your dreams if that's what you're looking for. I cannot recommend his services enough.
