Juan was my Realtor in buying my first house and he was able to get me into a one owner resale home where I got instant equity. I can't thank him enough for finding this home, negotiating the deal, and guiding me from start to finish as a first-time homebuyer, especially in the time of wild housing markets. As first time homebuyers we were nervous about the whole process but Juan did an incredible job walking us through it! Not only did he find us our dream home after only two showings but he worked in our best interest every step of the way. We found our home, were under contract and at the closing table all within a month thanks to Juan! I was a pretty indecisive first time home buyer this summer and Juan took the time to find out what I was really looking for, did not waste my time sending me listings I wasn’t interested in, and encouraged me even after a few of my offers were outbid. Juan was always responsive and worked around my schedule, he even showed a couple of houses to me via video chat as I was traveling! Last but not least, Juan surrounds himself with a great network of people and those who he contracted or recommended (inspector, lender, plumber, etc.) were professional and it was apparent that they have the buyer’s best interests in mind. Would recommend!
