Amazing realtor “She turned my dream of owning a home into reality

Alanah is truly an amazing realtor, and I am incredibly grateful that I found her. After working with several realtors who made me feel like I was just a client who didn’t have enough money to buy a home, Alanah was completely different. From the beginning, she took the time to understand what I wanted, what my situation was, and what I was going through. She treated me not only as a client, but as a friend. The process of buying my first home was not easy. There were many times when I wanted to give up and walk away, but Alanah was always there to encourage me and remind me not to give up. She showed me so many options, always with a smile, and spent countless hours with me—whether we were looking at homes, working through paperwork, or dealing with all the challenges that came with the process. Made buying a home feel personal, not transactional

Taylor put an incredible amount of time and care into making sure we understood every step of the process. She walked us through everything patiently, never made us feel rushed, and always took the time to explain the “why” behind her advice. She went with us on countless home tours, staying just as attentive and engaged on the twentieth showing as she was on the first. In a competitive market that could easily have felt overwhelming, she was a steady, reassuring presence who was always honest about what we were up against and how to approach it. Beyond the professional side, she was genuinely kind to my whole family and clearly cared about finding a home that would actually work for all of us, not just checking boxes on a listing. Her negotiation skills and market knowledge gave us real confidence in our decisions. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our home.

I highly recommend Alannah Lones to anyone buying or selling a home. She did an outstanding job helping me sell my home in Temecula and purchase my new home in Eastvale. Throughout both transactions, she was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and always looked out for my best interests. Alannah went above and beyond to market my Temecula home. She created an effective marketing strategy, distributed direct mail materials, installed highly visible “For Sale” signs and promotional flags, and helped set a competitive listing price based on market conditions instead of immediately suggesting price reductions. Her approach helped maximize the value of my home. She was always easy to reach and quick to respond. Whenever I had questions or needed help, she provided timely support and clear communication. She also negotiated skillfully with the buyer’s agent to protect my interests and keep the transaction moving smoothly. Alannah’s support extended far beyond listing the home. She coordinated home staging, arranged luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installation, helped organize the moving company, coordinated buyer-requested repairs, and managed many other details that made the selling process much less stressful. When purchasing my new construction home in Eastvale, she continued to provide excellent service by coordinating with the builder, following up on important items, and making sure my concerns were addressed promptly.
