Jade goes all the way to find you what you want. She listens to what you would like in a home and finds listings that meet that need. If there are listings you come across and want to see them she will arrange for a showing within a day or two. She is patient, knowledgeable, available when you have questions and she goes way out of her way to make sure you are happy with what you find. Great salesperson. She is there throughout the process and is more than a realtor, she becomes your advocate. She continues to help as you prepare to move into your new place. Definitely goes over and above. She is there when you call with a question, or gets back to you as soon as she researches the answer. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I have had with Jade.

I don’t quite know how to put into words what it was like working with Jade Larney from Anvil Real Estate. I always assumed realtors were mainly focused on pushing buyers into the fastest, highest-priced deal for their own benefit. That misconception completely disappeared after working with Jade. I had always bought homes directly from builders, so I’d never gone through the kind of experience I just had. In a competitive market—especially in Orange County—it’s incredibly difficult to find the right home at the right price. I was also in the middle of moving from the Bay Area to Orange County, which meant I couldn’t always be there in person to tour homes. But with Jade, the whole process became so much easier. She understands the housing market throughout O.C.—from Huntington Beach and Orange to Garden Grove and even Riverside. She toured homes in person on my behalf, took videos, and FaceTimed me so I could see everything clearly. Over the course of five months, I honestly lost track of how many homes we looked at. I kept running into situations where I was outbid or the home turned out to have major issues after inspection. I almost gave up several times, but Jade never did. She was patient, supportive, and never once pushed me to rush into something. Her only goal was to make sure I found the home I truly wanted. I don’t know how much commission she earned, but with the amount of time, effort, and dedication she put into helping me, she deserved far more. Now, I finally have my dream home in Huntington Beach. Jade and I even became good friends throughout the process. If you’re ever looking for your dream home—no matter the market conditions—you will not be disappointed working with Jade.
