Exceptional Service From Start to Finish
We had a wonderful experience working with Richard. He has an easygoing and approachable personality that made the home buying process much less stressful. Richard was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, from helping us search for homes to communicating with the seller’s agent and keeping everything moving smoothly. Richard also connected us with a loan officer who was able to offer us a lower interest rate compared to other banks we had looked into. He is very knowledgeable and always took his time when viewing homes with us. He pointed out potential issues along the way and helped us understand whether certain repairs would likely be minor or more costly. We truly enjoyed working with Richard and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Second sale with Mirtha, another great experience
Mirtha helped with understanding the market and setting up the right price for the house. Just like our prior sale, this house sold quickly and at a good price. I was out of state, so she handled many of the details of the transaction. I will definitely work with her on any future Miami real estate transactions.
