About Trisha

Trisha Deokinandan is an excellent realtor working throughout Central Florida. Born on the beautiful island of Trinidad, Trisha moved to the states as a teenager. After living in New York for a short time, she took a trip to Florida and fell in love. She’s been a resident of the Sunshine State for almost 20 years ever since. Graduated with a degree in Small Business Management at Valencia Community College, she strives to adapt what she’s learned in college to her own business. Trisha has been in the real estate industry for 12 years and counting through investment properties. Her urge and inspiration to help others invest and or find their dream home stems from this experience. She has easily adapted the new advancements in technology to her business platform, in which she has a significant social media presence. For an agent who’s only had her real estate license for a short time, she was named a top agent at a previous renowned brokerage. I had the pleasure of working with Trisha, she was amazing in finding me the house I needed at the price I needed to pay. I moved from New York to Orlando area and Trisha made everything work out so well , even though I was in New York she was here looking at houses for send me houses she knew was in my budget and where I wanted to be. Amazing realtor it does matter where you are in the country she will find you what you need and she is so passionate and understanding. I recommend she to anyone thinking about moving to the Orlando area.

There aren’t enough words in the dictionary to describe Trish! This woman is an angel sent from heaven. From the first time of speaking to her to closing on my home and even after, Trish is there EVERY step of the way. She has made the purchase of my first home “A walk on the beach”. Relaxed, peaceful and full of sunshine! There is no such thing as issues when it comes to purchasing a home with Trish. She worked around the clock, If there was any problem she had the answer. Amazing!!!!

Trish has made my family's dream of buying a home become reality. From the first day to the very last she has been there. She has gone to the heavens to make this happen for us and I dont believe there is anyone out there that can come close to comparison to her. Her understanding to what we want and need came first. She never put anything above my family from the start, we were always the priority, that made my experiences with her feel more like family than just an Agent. She is simply the best decision you can make when your about to have a life changing moment. She makes it feel smooth and easy, she is on top everything and no matter what happens alone the process she always put you first and have your back.
