It was great and all went very smoothly and quick!
Britney is a fantastic a realtor. With answers for every question that I had. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything that I needed to move. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home. It was a great experience from start to finish.

FL Forever Home
From the start, Adrian efficiently collected the information needed to find us the right home, in the right area, and at the right price point. He methodically obtained information about our prior home, together with our plans for downsizing to help us visualize an ideal layout for popular FL floor plans and home designs that we hadn't encountered in OH. Essentially he leveraged his vast industry knowledge to become our trusted FL real estate expert, which bridged the geographic gap preventing us from seeing homes in person. Most importantly, he went the extra mile by doing video tours of favorite FL homes, didn't hesitate to let us know if one of our choices was located in an undesirable area or would result in a longer work commute - all of which ultimately led us to the ideal FL home. I have recommended Adrian to anyone expressing interest in moving to the Tampa/St. Petersburg area - you won't find a better, more effective, honest, and tenacious real estate agent here in the Sunshine State! great experience
she made this process so easy she explained the paperwork to us and made sure we knew everything that was going on with each part of this house buying experience from start to finish. It is nice to find a agent that seem like she cared more about us then her commission. she was very accommodating and no matter whet she was always available to take our call and answer our questions

Christine was the best agent we were lucky to find. She never failed to answer a question and if she did not know the answer she would find out and called us back quickly. She put all of her time in trying to help us find the best house that suited our needs. She always responded to our calls from choosing our home to closing and afterward. She was more than a agent, she is now a friend for life.

Elise is a gem!
I have came to know about Elise from my brother, who also used her skills to get a house. I was looking to move to St Pete and contacted her. Elise was very understanding, very empathetic and understood exactly what i wanted. She wouldn't hesitate to go to any property i was interested in and called me on video to show me the properties. She had a great eyes for details, very honest about everything she was seeing, and never pressured me to like any property . At times when i was compromising and trying to settle for less, she would remind me of my main preferences and how the properties didn't meet them We finally found an amazing home which i am extremely happy with and i am thankful every day for her. Elise wasn't just an agent, she became a friend, and i would recommend her for anyone who is looking for a strong, detailed, honest and patient agent, and she will find exactly what you are looking for.

Wonderful experience
We were fortunate have Janet when we decided to buy a house in FL. She helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood.
