Andre guided us through a maze of paperwork like we have never seen before. Much of this involved computer applications that did not exist the last time we bough a house. Four bids were received in the first three days after the sign went up. He negotiated back and forth proposals by buyer and seller with the first buyer who offered. Four days after the sign went up we had a signed contract. Andre guided us step by step right up to the day we moved. Whenever we had a question he had an answer or he got one within a few hours.
