From the first moment we discussed selling our home Dennis' enthusiasm was contagious. We had so many questions as our home was older and we wanted to sell "as is". Dennis belayed all of our concerns. When he visited our home and did the first walk-thru he was so positive and encouraging, we knew we had the right person in charge of the sale of our home. He patiently and diligently went over all the paperwork required to sell our home. During the open house the Tenenboym's were so energetic and positive, and the results substantiate their efforts, as we had offers above our asking price. The closing process was such a roller-coaster to us, but Dennis was able to constantly reassure us that all was going well, and that what we thought were roadblocks, were normal happenings in the real estate world. Dennis went above and beyond to keep us informed during every step of the process. He was always available either by phone or email or text for all of our crazy questions and concerns. Jacqueline agreed to take us on our house hunting journey. I can tell you now that we had a lot of wants for our dream home. We had been looking for several months and Jacqueline would come out on nights and weekends to help us on our quest, even dragged her out on a holiday. She was patient and listened to our needs and wants and steered us away from things that did not meet our criteria. She was super knowledgeable about the areas that we were looking in.
