Cathy really listened to our wants in a home and provided tremendous guidance and solid advice on finding and selecting houses to consider. Right from the start Cathy was there helping us through the process. She made recommendations on how to enhance curb appeal and how to de clutter so that the inside showed its best for pictures. Cathy handled all arrangements for showing. In fact, there were people who wanted to look at the house three hours after we put it up for sale. We sold the house in a day and a half. We got seven offers so it took awhile to sort all of them out to see which one was the best deal for us. Cathy sat with us and went through each offer giving us the pros and cons of each one. She was working for us and that was a good feeling. After the offer was accepted, Cathy handled all of the paperwork. It was so easy. The packing though, was a different story.
