Andre guided us through a maze of paperwork like we have never seen before. Much of this involved computer applications that did not exist the last time we bough a house. Four bids were received in the first three days after the sign went up. He negotiated back and forth proposals by buyer and seller with the first buyer who offered. Four days after the sign went up we had a signed contract. Andre guided us step by step right up to the day we moved. Whenever we had a question he had an answer or he got one within a few hours. He spent so much time helping us I thought we were his only clients. We were truly blessed to have him representing us.

Andre did a fantastic job. He worked very hard to find us the right home. He is very knowledgeable and was always there to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend him. He made this whole process as easy on us as possible.
