Mario was an excellent agent to work with. From the very beginning he was engaging and interested in my goals, the vision, and outcome of the sale of my home. Mario stayed in contact with me and provided updates at every critical step of the process; even after I moved abroad. He was cognizant of the time difference and was patient with the timeliness of my responses. Whenever there was a challenge, Mario explained the challenge and offered some options for resolution. I was hesitant at first to stage the property during the listing. Mario explained that the staging would add value to the listing and separate my home from any other home because of the perspective that it offers potential buyers. I trusted his experience and agreed to the staging. During my open house, there were homes in the neighborhood that were also have an open house. Fortunately for me, the other other were not staged. Feedback from the potential buyers at my open house was that my home had a better layout than the homes that they had previously seen. I like to think that the staging provided the potential buyer with a better viewing experience than if I had not staged the home.
