All the transactions I had with Mario was while I was outside of the United States. It was through complete trust and confidence in him I bought the houses, because I never physically seen the properties. He is a man of his word and extremely punctual when executing deadlines. My experience with Michelle as my realtor was amazing. Michelle went above & beyond to help me find my first home. We ran into some obstacles with my lender along the way and Michelle provided a solution to all of the problems the lender created. Eric kept pushing to get me a loan for a home. He listened to me and kept me informed -- even when the news was bad. In fact, he made it a point to deliver the bad news quickly, giving me a chance to adjust to necessary changes. He worked with my realtor to make sure the home I selected was one that a lender would consider for a reasonable loan, before I made an offer. This gave me the flexibility to not wait 30 days to find out I couldn't get a loan in that HOA, but to move on before I offered and find a home in a HOA on which lenders would carry mortgages. He stayed with me through the whole process. He didn't lie to me which a previous mortgage lender had done. That seems like a small basic thing, but it was such a relief.

This is the second transaction Mario has worked with me on, and just as last time the experience was streamlined and stress free. Mario reposed to any and all questions incredibly promptly and with all the details. It truest demonstrates his knowledge of his craft. This came in great use as a buyer moving from out of state, Mario was able to give my wife and I video walkthroughs, giving real feedback as if he were the one to purchase the home himself. I felt a great deal of comfort knowing Mario was on my team to get this transaction completed as we navigated several curve balls life threw, unquestionably with out Mario’s professionalism we would not have been able to close the deal on time let alone two weeks early. Every time I work with Mario it feels like I have a friend in my corner who has my best interest at hand. Any further real estate transactions I do, I can truthfully say Mario will be my first call!

Mario was an excellent agent to work with. From the very beginning he was engaging and interested in my goals, the vision, and outcome of the sale of my home. Mario stayed in contact with me and provided updates at every critical step of the process; even after I moved abroad. He was cognizant of the time difference and was patient with the timeliness of my responses. Whenever there was a challenge, Mario explained the challenge and offered some options for resolution. I was hesitant at first to stage the property during the listing. Mario explained that the staging would add value to the listing and separate my home from any other home because of the perspective that it offers potential buyers. I trusted his experience and agreed to the staging. During my open house, there were homes in the neighborhood that were also have an open house. Fortunately for me, the other other were not staged. Feedback from the potential buyers at my open house was that my home had a better layout than the homes that they had previously seen. I like to think that the staging provided the potential buyer with a better viewing experience than if I had not staged the home. My doubts about staging the home were now gone and I was glad that I invested in this approach! Above all my experience working with Mario was great .
