There aren't enough stars on here as Kat deserves much more than 5! We were buying from another state so Kat had to do alot of leg work for us. Kat was beyond super responsive to my texts (like all day long), extremely knowledgeable on SO many aspects of each part of buying & selling. Kat drove all the way back to a house I loved in pictures because I thought that was the one and she was very honest that it was too small (she would've made even a higher commission!!) This was after a long day of already looking for us. She works very hard for her clients and she has contractors or awesome suggestions along the way too! #Bestrealtorever

Mario was an absolutely relentless champion on taking care of all my real estate selling needs from day one out until closing... and then some with aftereffects and questions! I had never sold a house before and was initially beyond apprehensive and overwhelmed with how to go about listing, staging, and dealing with viewings. Mario went above and beyond to explain, with intricate detail, every aspect of the process and greatly eased my mind about how everything would flow. He quickly established trust and did a continuously great job of coordinating open house and single viewings with ample notification to help keep the stress of preparing and vacating the house to a minimum. When the unforeseen issue of having to replace the roof emerged after an inspection he went above and beyond to find a roofing company that would immediately schedule work and accept payment after closing was complete. To add on to the fun of that a water leakage and resulting mold damage was also discovered during a subsequent inspection. Mario once again rapidly ensured that a company was sourced and the process of remediation was taken care of from start to finish to complete all required work to seal the requirements for closing. In summary, Mario was relentlessly dedicated from inception to closing on making the sale process as smooth and stress free as possible.. even with many unforeseen and emergent circumstances! Although my own mother is a real estate agent, it needs to be said that I believe Re Monteith is absolutely the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT in the state of Florida! Re Monteith is a consummate professional who works hard, puts her clients' interests first, and is exceedingly trustworthy real estate agent. For nearly eight months, Re was consistently showing my wife and I potential first homes in a strong post-covid-19 sellers market. The entire time she fielded our round-the-clock questions, and was highly communicative. She leveraged her experience and contacts in the Tampa Bay area to make showings, inspections, and closings happen. Re's robust connections in the Tampa Bay area made it so much easier to procure inspections, mortgages offers, cleaners, and even repairmen for our first ever home! Re is unique among real estate agents as she has built and sold homes in the past. Most notably, despite the fact that her compensation was purely commission based as a buyer's agent, she talked my wife and I out of numerous bad houses over an eight months period. She was critical in spotting which homes were attractive money pits and which homes had real potential to be our first home. In other words, Re always put her clients' interests first! She even let my wife and I borrow her carpet cleaner before we moved so our first night living in our new home was a clean one!
