Ella is absolutely wonderful. She made the house buying and selling process for us easy and enjoyable. She cares deeply for the families she works with and I wouldn’t want anyone else along side us for any part of the journey. Ella is not only the best at what she does but she truly becomes part of your family. My husband and I just sold our home to move out of state for work obligations - we are sad we can’t take Ella with us. If we ever find ourselves back in the Syracuse area again Ella will be our first call, she should be yours too!

Ella did a wonderful job listing and selling our condo. She was very helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process. She was patient while introducing us to the process as first time sellers and helped in all aspects from helping us stage the condo for showings all the way through understanding the language in various legal documents/offers. The listing was professionally done with an excellent 3D Tour and she was able to bring in serious interest and competitive offers. I can’t stress how good the listing was compared to other properties for sale in the same area, it surely made a big difference.

Ella was the greatest, my wife and I were super stress out due to being our first home! Ella talked to us on our first visit and made sure we knew what the process was and clarified all of our doubts. We weren’t ready at all but she made sure she had all the tools that we needed and referred us to great experts and people who made our experience a lot easier. Michelle did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. In one of the most difficult times to sell a house, she executed a sale plan to perfection and with incredible professionalism.
