Ella was the greatest, my wife and I were super stress out due to being our first home! Ella talked to us on our first visit and made sure we knew what the process was and clarified all of our doubts. We weren’t ready at all but she made sure she had all the tools that we needed and referred us to great experts and people who made our experience a lot easier. Michelle did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. In one of the most difficult times to sell a house, she executed a sale plan to perfection and with incredible professionalism. From helping to guide us on what to do to ready the house to how to show our house, I know that we could not have sold our house in 2 weeks and at an excellent selling price. Everything a Realtor should be and more. Ella knows the buying process well, meaning she graciously rolls through the ups and downs and accomodates as many showings as you want, when you want. When it came time to go to contract, her availability and tenacity to get things done was superior. She gave us great references which made everything go evem more smoothly.
