We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kevin & Amanda. Day one they were on board for our craziness! So accommodating to our schedules, always made things happen. I can't speak enough about this team. We had the best experience. I would highly recommend Kevin & Amanda to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

I met Kevin summer of 2025 randomly after clicking on a home on zillow.com. He was the agent that picked it up. Little did I know how lucky I would become months later. It is tedious to detail the past months to the present, but I found a home and sold mine simultaneously. Kevin and his team were there the whole time. From preparing my home to sell while securing my new home, he was there through thick and thin. Never overbearing or pushy, never demanding. A man with integrity. As time went on here is what stood out: he will outwork, out-compete, and earn every bit of your sale or buy or both. He has a team in place for every step of the way. After about 300 phone calls between us over the course of 6 months, with time to reflect on the process after it is now said and done, I wholeheartedly, without pretension or hesitation recommend Kevin and the Faatz team. You will not be disappointed. I wrote this review not under duress nor for any monetary incentive. Only to give credit where credit is due. Kevin is the best I have seen and worked with (out of 4 realtors in my life). Kevin, Amanda, and the Faatz team, thank you!

Kevin and Amanda were great with my home buying process. They were helpful on sending houses that became available, researching information on them prior to seeing them and giving their honest opinion when I was questioning something with a house. They’re patient and respectful of making the decision of putting in an offer or not. They were very quick in getting offers written up and submitted. They helped me get a good deal on a house I liked and during inspection were helpful on me understanding all the terminology and concerns that were on the report. Overall it was a phenomenal experience

Amanda sold my dad’s house for me when he passed. She was available and responsive anytime I had questions. She helped me have realistic expectations (not an easy task when you are working with someone who is grieving) AND was able to sell the house quickly! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

Amanda & Kevin were great to work with. We looked at A LOT of houses and found the perfect one. We were on a limited time line and budget, which Amanda & Kevin rolled with and were very transparent throughout the whole process. We had a great experience with them as rental managers, so we really entrusted in them for their advice, expertise and just general knowledge. Amanda and her husband Kevin, also a realtor for MOVE did a great job for us. Always available to answer questions no matter how trivial, and went above and beyond to ensure our ease and comfort level. Ex- During our walk through the new home before closing, we realized the chest freezer was full of old ice encrusted food. They offered to remove it and it was gone by the time we had keys in hand. They also helped us get our house ready to show with ideas and tips and sometimes elbow grease. They helped us in the purchasing of our new home, and to sell our home of 30 years. We are so grateful for all their help throughout this process. We loved the two for one, divide and conquer, family style approach. We highly recommend both Amanda and Kevin Faatz.
