Where to start... From the moment we met Monica her extensive knowledge and expertise was apparent. Monica is the most thorough, involved, professional there is. She has her pulse on the market. Goes above and beyond getting your house ready to market and keeps you informed every step of the way. Our online listing and her open houses drew much interest. The result was selling our home at better than market average in half the time others sat unsold. Our buyer was very demanding during a short time to close. Monica bent over backwards when a hurricane showed up. We were across country. She was our boots on the ground. Without her we could have lost the sale. She made negotiations go smoothly.
