Monica was able to fully provide me with every detail I could have asked for during the entire process while maintaining the upmost professionalism at all times. From showing me endless homes for sale to new construction property sites, Monica was able to show me all of my possible options from the requirements I had. During the contract and closing stage, Monica was regularly checking in to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Monica was present at every meeting/appointment she could attend which was super helpful for me as this was my first time purchasing a home and I definitely felt overwhelmed at times but Monica was right there to help me out. Overall, Monica had perfect communication between all parties involved and was extremely knowledgable on the entire process. The result was selling our home at better than market average in half the time others sat unsold. Our buyer was very demanding during a short time to close.
