In 8 days, she had pictures taken, listed our home, & sold it! We only had to show it a few times. She gave us great advice & listened to us. It was a wonderful experience.

Empty Nesting
We recently downsized and she sold our over 4000sq ft home on the water and then helped us to find the perfect maintenance free villa! Shawna and her husband were so fantastic to work with. She not only helped to coordinate getting quotes from vendors for some remodeling tasks, but she also supervised that the jobs were done well. Shawna has a ton of contacts and we were able to utilize those resources so many times. I highly recommend calling Shawna first if you are planning to sell or move to the Southshore area

Elisa Stephens is by far the MOST experienced Realtor I know. She is 'quick on her feet', well-versed in the many transactions that occur for the sale and purchase of real estate, and is genuinely a kind person. By nature, she wants to see her clients happy, give them the best experience, and always make a return on their investment! Her superlative communication and organization skills have been something that I can't find in any other realtors! She sold me my home in Parrish, FL in 2021! Her insight and knowledge was key to finding a beautiful home and a wise investments. Phenomenal Selling Experience
Selling a home that you are currently living in creates an extra layer of stress that could cause your hair to gray faster than having 12 children, HOWEVER stress is one emotion that you will NOT experience with Shawna! She was available around the clock, removed / clarified the real estate jargon, and provided realistic expectations. At no point did we feel alone during this process! If you value honesty and your time, then you want Shawna in your corner.
