As this was our first home-buying experience, we had a lot of real estate agents to choose from who were recommended to us. In the end, I'm elated we chose Carol. Carol made our first time experience flawless. On our “first date,” she sat down with us and reviewed what the entire process would potentially look like. We talked about the things I didn't understand (and still don't), but that's okay because she was always available to explain any and all questions we had throughout the process. She was quick to reply, worked around our schedules when house hunting, gave her opinion and had a lot of cool technological tools to help us. Spending time with Carol was easy, comfortable, and fun, which is important when you spend hours searching for your perfect home! And then we found it! Carol did everything in her power to be sure the home we wanted was ours. We ran into several problems, such as our appraisal, but Carol was able to guide us in the direction we needed to go. Although it felt uncomfortable at times because we don't know the real estate business, it turned out to all be the best decisions and in the end we came out on top! Along the way, Carol sent us care packages that REALLY made me feel like she was there to support us. A thoughtful gift goes a long way!
