Carol is everything we were hoping for in a real estate agent and more. She came highly recommended and fully exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend Devonee Alfrey! Dev represented us buying a home in a very competitive market. Dev is a seasoned Realtor and native North County resident; she has vast knowledge about the Carlsbad and San Marcos areas and subdivisions. Dev took the time to understand our needs, the lifestyle we wanted to have, and what we were looking for in a home and community. Dev listened and provided us with choices of neighborhoods that fit our vision for our next home. We lived 500 miles away in the San Francisco Bay area; Dev expertly coordinated the open house list each weekend to optimize our time in the area. Three offers in the first weekend on the market! Devonee had strong negotiating skills and made sure we understood all important parts of the offers. Selling a home, while buying a home in a different state was a complicated process. She knew exactly what was going on in the market and had clear communication with us from start to finish. She is a Carlsbad native and her love for the area shines through. She and the 1850 Realty Team (Carol and Eric) created a beautiful website for our home sale. They had a drone specialist come out for aerial pictures. We were also very happy with how the indoor/outdoor pictures and videos turned out. She answered all of my calls and text messages in a timely manner and had solutions when I needed help. She is connected with companies and people that did a great job, from painters and landscapers, to cleaners and window cleaners. She even stepped in to help with the company that was transporting our 1974 MGB car. She showed up for us in a big way toward the end of the sale. She helped with removal of our last things and setting up cleaners and landscapers to make sure our place was taken care of during the final week when we were gone.
