Well our life got pretty crazy a few months ago when our landlord decided to retire to a tropical location and needed to sell our house to fund his future. We had 60 days, in a pandemic, as first time buyers to find and buy a house in a crazy, crazy market. Carol helped us optimize our search, set up our funding and build up team that could move fast, coordinate well and execute. Thanks to Carol and Eric we were moved in to our new beautiful new digs in 45 days. I'm pretty sure Carol and Eric are just super heroes disguised in plain clothes.

I cannot recommend enough Carol Farrar on the amazing job she did as our realtor. She was on top of everything from the beginning. We met her for the first time on a Saturday and went to see the house of our dreams after the meeting. We submitted an offer that Sunday and our offer was accepted the following day! This was only possible because of Carol’s great expertise because she knew exactly the kind of offer needed to present to make the best first impression. And we apparently succeeded because a last-minute offer came after ours and outbid us, but our offer was still accepted! She guided us through all the processes within escrow making it feel painless. She was effective in her dealings with the seller and the seller’s agent on our behalf and addressed any questions or concerns we had. Once escrow closed, we were so excited to be new homeowners! And we have Carol to thank for that!

Dirk and I have know Carol and Eric for many years it wasn’t even a thought that we would use anyone else to help us in finding our new home. I am in the Mortgage business and have worked and do work with Lot of Real Estate persons so we had our pick of professionals to choose from. With that said Carol other than being an amazing woman friend mother and wife she is a dam good Real Estate Agent who know her stuff and how to negotiate especially in these crazy times well 2020 Covid-19 and all the additional rules and disclosures that were added. The market when Dirk and I were looking was crazy to say the least homes would come on the market and have multiple offers over asking price and Carol would get right in there with us guiding us the whole way. I have a elderly parent and she understand it was hard to get them out the house on time for the showing, so the the first one she came early to help me. That's a caring person, could not have done it without her and her crew. She mailed us every step that would happen before it happened. She very patient and understanding when it came to docusign, scheduling showings she worked with you. If you asked a question you didn't understand she explained it, because she is very knowledgeable. Very very professional.

As soon as I called Devonee about the property, she contacted the other agent. I told her the offer price and she immediately wrote up the contract. She knew that I was teaching school on line, she would call and tell me to go to my email so nothing would lapse and explained how to do Docu-sign. She negotiated extra money, because seller did not put mirrors, new screen door, etc. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Outstanding experience from start to finish!! We were moving back into the area after 15 years away, and Devonee was able to ask the right questions, quickly gather our needs and lead us to a targeted set of areas and properties.
