Carol is everything we were hoping for in a real estate agent and more. She came highly recommended and fully exceeded all our expectations. All our interactions with her were warm and friendly, while also making us feel like we were working with a professional team. She went above and beyond during the entire sales process from start to finish. In the initial listing meeting she proposed an asking price that well exceeded our realistic expectations, but she had the comps and market research to back up that asking price. With her marketing plan and experience we sold our home quickly and above our asking price while also recording the highest price home sale in our neighborhood. I highly recommend Devonee Alfrey! Dev represented us buying a home in a very competitive market. Dev is a seasoned Realtor and native North County resident; she has vast knowledge about the Carlsbad and San Marcos areas and subdivisions. Dev took the time to understand our needs, the lifestyle we wanted to have, and what we were looking for in a home and community. Dev listened and provided us with choices of neighborhoods that fit our vision for our next home. We lived 500 miles away in the San Francisco Bay area; Dev expertly coordinated the open house list each weekend to optimize our time in the area. She even packed us a snack for the plane ride home, including goodies from local area bakeries. We found a house that we loved. Dev's advice to jump on a plane and see the house immediately and her skill at writing the contract enabled the seller to move forward with our offer as written. Dev's team was also helpful and made the escrow process seamless. Dev also provided us with a list of local contractors and coordinated the painting project ahead of our move.
