I hope my words in this review truly show how completely wonderful our experience was with Rob and Kim Thacker . The first time you meet them, you will quickly realize how dedicated they are in making the home buying experience a positive one. So helpful in every single step of purchasing a home . They don’t just say the words “ oh if you need anything, we will help you out”. They meant those words. Both Kim and Rob went out of their way to help pack some items we needed help with and Rob went even further in helping Jeff haul his tractor to our new home! Laura was the MVP of our homebuying experience! First impressions were she was warm, approachable and very quick to enjoy a laugh at our banter. She listened to our needs, wants, and was thoughtful and intentional with her suggestions. She was patient with all the viewings and very gracious about accommodating the large area in which we were looking. When we finally found homes on which to place an offer, she was quick, knowledgeable, and honest about our standing and plain when pointing out the value in a home. Her network of peers and colleagues grew our homebuying circle and power in ways we can't express in so few words. She was understanding when we excused ourselves from a deal and even more excited when we finally found our home! We cherish the relationship we built with her and encourage all buyers, but especially first-time homebuyers (like we were) to utilize her skills and knowledge. We don't think we'll be purchasing another home (we love our home too much), but we have handed out business cards for her to several friends and take every opportunity to praise her.
