Kris was recommended to us by some friends who had worked with him and we were not disappointed. He helped us house hunt for a year and a half for a property that checked all the boxes. We would not have found our amazing home if Kris hadn't been on the ball and searching while we slept. He checked in with us periodically and gave us market updates and shared potential leads with us just in case we were interested. When we finally found just the right place, Kris was all in and communicated every step of the way. We asked a ton of questions and thought we were being annoying, but Kris handled everything and kept us in the loop constantly. We had a situation come up that worried us initially, but Kris hammered away at it every day and gave us updates until it was resolved. Overall it was a great, stress free experience. We highly recommend Kris for all your real-estate needs!

Kris helped me while I lived in Colorado, not just selling my home but she watered grass and helped with lawn care. Her communication is unmatched and rare to find. If you need anything to do with real estate make sure you work with Kris!!
