Kris was recommended to us by some friends who had worked with him and we were not disappointed. He helped us house hunt for a year and a half for a property that checked all the boxes. We would not have found our amazing home if Kris hadn't been on the ball and searching while we slept. He checked in with us periodically and gave us market updates and shared potential leads with us just in case we were interested. When we finally found just the right place, Kris was all in and communicated every step of the way. We asked a ton of questions and thought we were being annoying, but Kris handled everything and kept us in the loop constantly. We had a situation come up that worried us initially, but Kris hammered away at it every day and gave us updates until it was resolved. Overall it was a great, stress free experience. We highly recommend Kris for all your real-estate needs!

I didn’t get a chance to meet Jennifer but Kris is phenomenal and I’m sure she is as well! Kris is so honest and knows his stuff when it comes to properties and their value! My husband is already pretty familiar with real estate, so it was nice having a realtor that didn’t clash with that. Kris went out of his way to show us the homes WE wanted to look at. Not ones out of our budget nor ones we weren’t really wanting to see. Having him as a realtor was an honest yet very comfortable experience! We wouldn’t have wanted ANYONE else showing us homes nor anyone else being there alongside of us as we made an offer on our new home. His commitment and communication skills are top tier!!
