The photos were at such a higher level and made all the difference. We had an offer within 3 days of him listing it. The offer came in from an out of state buyer who only saw the photos and online tour - they hadn’t even stepped foot in our home! JR was a total pro at helping us negotiate the sale, and explained every scenario with us before we made a decision. From the point of signing the sales agreement until the closing, JR and his fantastic admin, Sydney, werewith us every step of the way. Sydney kept in constant contact to keep us in the loop of each step and what we needed to do when. I can’t recommend JR and his team highly enough.
