Listed the house as "coming soon" for a week as we finished up some things in the house. We had over a dozen showings booked the first couple days, multiple bids & under contract within 3 days of going live. Also sold for $15K over list price! Smooth sailing from listing to closing. We just wish we had a couple more houses so we didn't disappoint so many people ---- that was the hardest part. Amy went through all the offers with us and helped guide us through the process, discussing the pros and cons of each offer so we could make an informed decision.

Amy did a wonderful job from the time she was hired. She handled all showings extremely well and scheduled them at a time that was convenient for both us and potential buyers. She was thorough with the paperwork and did a great job explaining exactly what it meant and what she recommended based off her previous experiences. If we sell and or purchase a home in the future she will be the only person we use.
