There is so much effort to buying a house and so much to consider. I had no idea there are so many ways a house can be built. Each is different and changes the way you will live with that house and its value to your family. Veronica’s experience helped us understand the pros and cons of each house we looked at and the area around it. Her technical knowledge of houses saved us on more than one occasion. She’s so good at helping you understand what may be behind the walls of houses of different ages. What may need to be replaced long term, and what would need to be replaced short term for safety reasons. All things that likely would have technically passed an inspection, but would have been a problem long term. Veronica’s expertise gave us so much comfort throughout this process. She laid everything out in a way that we could understand and follow and feel like we were making the best decisions we could. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
