Josh helped us buy our first home and walked us through every step of the way. He answered every single question we had. Sometimes, the same question more than once! He was very patient and knowledgeable and never made us feel like we were bothering him or a burden in any way. We definitely tested him through the process as we looked at dozens of home before we found one and he was patient with us through all of them!
