The property sold on the first open house, with multiple offers, at a price that was very acceptable to our family. Linda was always responsive to phone calls from the beginning and throughout the closing process. We have watched nearby properties listed around the same time by other realtors continue to linger on the market for weeks into months, with price drops and open houses. Imagine the stress this is causing those sellers. We could not be happier that we trusted Linda with the sale of our lake house.
