We interviewed different realtors to sell the family lake house after the loss of our mother. Linda was the first realtor we interviewed. The others wanted to sign on the first meeting, suggesting very high listing numbers with little to no research in hand and no discussion nor concern of what our family wanted and needed. Linda followed up with meticulous research and options for us. She has a wealth of local knowledge and real estate experience, and she does meticulous research to support listing price and marketing strategy. The property sold on the first open house, with multiple offers, at a price that was very acceptable to our family. Linda was always responsive to phone calls from the beginning and throughout the closing process. We have watched nearby properties listed around the same time by other realtors continue to linger on the market for weeks into months, with price drops and open houses. Imagine the stress this is causing those sellers. We could not be happier that we trusted Linda with the sale of our lake house.

Initially, we attended an open house for the Mallard Lane property we eventually purchased that was covered by 2 agents who were not able to respond to many of our questions. There was a deadline for bids on the property, which we were unable to meet & thought we needed to look elsewhere.
