Initially, we attended an open house for the Mallard Lane property we eventually purchased that was covered by 2 agents who were not able to respond to many of our questions. There was a deadline for bids on the property, which we were unable to meet & thought we needed to look elsewhere. Little did I realize that this would lead not just to our eventual purchase of the cabin & surrounding acres but would serve as the beginning of a warm relationship with Linda. Even after the eventual purchase, Linda stepped up to assist us with suggestions for the transition to ownership, recommending resources that made the entire process much easier for us, this at a time when she could easily have considered her part of the transaction complete. Linda represents a rare person in her field, someone who not only skillfully interacts with clients but does so in a fashion that puts the client at ease & as mentioned, transforms a business relationship into a friendship.
