My wife and I had discussed moving to a warmer climate for a few years. When she received a job offer from out of state we were thrilled but she had to start ASAP. With the realization that we had to uproot and start over somewhere new and in a limited amount of time panic set in. Andraya was on top of everything regarding the sale of our house. Gave us insight on some things to improve for greater curb appeal and market value. Kept us informed throughout the process and sold our home quickly for a price we were happy with.

I’ve been in the home building industry for nearly 20 years and Dennis is hands-down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He was so thorough with researching the comparables in our area and knew the market extremely well. When it came time to list he pulled out all the stops, coordinated a virtual tour & high level professional photography, organized a stager to review the home and even scheduled a painter to professionally paint one of our rooms. All this was within a week and a half so we could list our home quickly to make sure we hit the fall sales season. When the offers came in he was so helpful and ready to answer our questions. He’s extremely detailed and had great insights into all the contractual areas that we didn’t understand. I highly recommend Dennis!

Joseph Bost was great, Made the home buying experience easy. He was a caring person threw the whole process. My family and I,are very grateful for the help he provided. Would recommend him to friends & family.
