It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Van is a top notch realtor! He was very patient with us being first time buyers, and showed a genuine desire to find the right house for us. His dedication shined through when he notified us of a house that came up for sale on a holiday! All around our experience with Van was great, and anyone that asks we highly recommend him!

Mary is at the top of her game! She knows the market, is professional and skilled at getting the best offer for her clients. She and her team helped us navigate the selling process so that we had our house ready to sell quickly and get our asking price. We highly recommend Mary Rufledt!
