I’ve been in the home building industry for nearly 20 years and Dennis is hands-down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He was so thorough with researching the comparables in our area and knew the market extremely well. When it came time to list he pulled out all the stops, coordinated a virtual tour & high level professional photography, organized a stager to review the home and even scheduled a painter to professionally paint one of our rooms. All this was within a week and a half so we could list our home quickly to make sure we hit the fall sales season. When the offers came in he was so helpful and ready to answer our questions. He’s extremely detailed and had great insights into all the contractual areas that we didn’t understand. I highly recommend Dennis!

Dennis was an outstanding realtor, both for selling our previous house and buying our dream home. When we first started working with Dennis, he came into our old home and recommended a handful of changes that would help us boost the overall value of our house. He also did a lot of analysis to help us understand what our house was worth and what we should expect from the sale. Finally, when looking for our new house, Dennis helped us land the house of our dreams. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the east metro and what we should pay for the type of house we wanted. He provided smart counsel that helped us win our negotiation and get the house we wanted for less than the asking price. But more important than all of that is the way Dennis conducts his business. He's kind, attentive, responsive and accommodating for what his client wants. He listened to what we wanted and we're completely satisfied with the process and results. I'd recommend Dennis to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Dennis was fantastic! We had a very tight timeline to get our house up to snuff and also sold. He made some great recommendations and came in exactly where I thought our home would be as far as price point went for the area. He made some fantastic videos, offered a staging and design service, and his listing across the internet was great. The first couple that looked at it threw in a good offer and he helped the entire way with some great negotiating skills and research with what other sellers had paid etc. it was seriously a zero problem sale that went flawlessly. I would recommend Dennis to anyone.
