Stephanie is very knowledgeable. She works very hard for you. We had another realtor for about 6 months before we met Stephanie with not a lot of progress . After we met and started working with Stephanie within a couple of months we were in a contract to buy our house. She is very sweet and knows her business. I would highly recommend her.

We had an outstanding experience working with Ben Komro and couldn’t recommend him more highly. Ben’s knowledge of the Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls real estate market is second to none. From neighborhood trends and pricing strategies to local regulations and market timing, he clearly understands this area inside and out. What truly sets Ben apart is his expertise across multiple types of real estate transactions. Whether it’s residential buying and selling, investment properties, first-time home purchases, or more complex transactions, Ben brings confidence, clarity, and professionalism to every step of the process. He took the time to explain options, anticipate challenges, and tailor his approach to our specific goals. Ben is responsive, honest, and incredibly thorough, making what can be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. His attention to detail and strong negotiation skills ensured we felt informed and supported from start to finish. If you’re looking for a real estate professional who combines deep local knowledge with broad transactional experience in the Eau Claire–Chippewa Falls area, Ben Komro is the agent you want on your side. Highly recommended!
