Mary has great market knowledge. But my favorite thing about working with Mary is she isn't going to tell you things that you want to hear, she is going to tell you the truth. She is honest and that's what makes her so trustworthy and great to work with.

Mary was not only the lead for me she was the captain of the ship. Very disciplined and on point.

Our home search and purchase was mostly routine until the very end when something happened that could have, no would have, delayed the whole process and created a chain reaction of additional delays. Mary swung into action to develop a work around which would have resulted in no delay at all. Luckily, in the 11th hour, the schedule recovered and everything stayed on track and fell into place. But Mary was ready with a recovery if needed. For that we sincerely think her and her team.

Angela Welch was able to come over and view our house about an hour after I called her. Angela sat down with me and explained everything, was always ready to help and we had some weird experiences. Angela advised a home inspection (gave me a list to pick from) and we needed a new roof, the house was 9 years old, so the warranty would still partially cover it. She helped me fill out the form and get documents I needed and scheduled two different roofing companies for estimates and then was with me to ask the right questions. Angela scheduled Hope Gospel for a pickup and cleaning people and then had a buyer after the first open house. When the hail storm hit the house after our move, but before closing and it destroyed the two week old roof, along with siding, she figured all that out. I can't think of one thing she could have done better, she was beyond excellent and I am so glad I called her.
